Earlimart, California (February 1, 2020) – The California Highway Patrol said major injuries were sustained in a multi-vehicle collision that occurred Friday evening on Highway 99.
The pileup happened at about 7:40 p.m. in the northbound lanes just south of Avenue 48.
Three vehicles, including a possible motorcycle, collided for unknown reasons.
Firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene and confirmed that major injuries were sustained in the collision.
The cause of the crash is under an active investigation.
