Dulce Sanchez ID’d as Teen Killed in 2-Vehicle Crash on Pacific Coast Highway near Topanga Canyon Boulevard in Malibu
Malibu, California (November 8, 2019) – Authorities have identified the teenager who was killed Friday morning in a traffic accident involving two vehicles in Malibu as Dulce Maria Ramiro Sanchez, 17, of Los Angeles.
The deadly crash occurred just after 6:00 a.m. on Pacific Coast Highway near Topanga Canyon Boulevard.
According to the California Highway Patrol, Sanchez was driving on Pacific Coast Highway when for an unknown reason, her car collided with another vehicle near Topanga Canyon Boulevard.

Sanchez was declared deceased at the scene by paramedics.
The other driver was taken to a hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries.
The northbound and southbound lanes of PCH were shut down as crews worked at the scene.
No further details were released.
The crash is under investigation by the CHP.
