1 Seriously Injured in Diamond Springs Pedestrian Crash at Pleasant Valley Road and Fowler Lane
Diamond Springs, California (October 6, 2020) – A pedestrian was airlifted to the hospital after being struck by a vehicle at the intersection of Pleasant Valley Road and Fowler Lane in Diamond Springs.
According to a report by the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened just before 3:00 p.m. at Quick Stop Convenience Store.
Diamond Springs Auto-Pedestrian Accident
Firefighters responded to the scene and requested a helicopter to transport the patient to the hospital. Cal Star 3 responded to the scene and airlifted the patient to Sutter Roseville Medical Center with serious injuries.
The vehicle involved was towed away from the scene.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
