Desiree Alonzo Killed in Visalia Pedestrian Crash on Dinuba Boulevard near Ferguson Avenue
Visalia, California (December 11, 2019) – Desiree Alonzo, 30, of Visalia was fatally hit by a vehicle on Friday night in Visalia, according to a police report.
The crash took place at around 10 p.m. December 6, on Dinuba Boulevard near Ferguson Avenue .
Police said Alonzo was walking along Dinuba Boulevard when she stepped into the path of traffic and was hit by a southbound car.
Desiree Alonzo Killed in Visalia Pedestrian Collision
Alonzo sustained critical injuries and was taken to Kaweah Delta Medical Center, where she was pronounced deceased on Monday, December 9.
The driver of the car, Devin Warren, 30, of Visalia, remained at the scene and was not charged.
Police are investigating the incident.
