Desert Hot Springs, California (July 15, 2021) – At least one person was hospitalized after being involved in a two-vehicle collision Tuesday evening in Desert Hot Springs.

On July 13, just about 10:45 p.m., the California Highway Patrol received a crash report involving a white SUV and a second vehicle on Interstate 10 near mile marker 32 at Indian Canyon.

Although it was not immediately established how the collision occurred, the SUV slammed into the center divider along the eastbound side of the freeway.

At least one unidentified person was attended to by medical personnel before being taken to an area hospital for further medical aid.
