Demetrous Hoyle ID’d as Motorcyclist Killed in Fontana Crash at Jurupa Avenue and Redwood Avenue
Fontana, California (June 12, 2021) – The authorities have identified the motorcyclist who was killed Friday morning in a collision with a semi-truck at an intersection in Fontana as Demetrous Markel Hoyle, 24, of Fontana.
The deadly motorcycle accident happened at around 7:08 a.m. Friday, June 12, at the intersection of Jurupa Avenue and Redwood Avenue.
Hoyle was riding his motorcycle in the area when, for undetermined reasons, he collided with the semi-truck at the Fontana intersection.
Hoyle was pronounced dead at the scene by emergency responders.
More details about the crash were not immediately given.
The Fontana Police is investigating to determine the exact cause of the accident.
