Multiple Injuries in Davis Crash at 2nd Street and Cantrill Drive
Davis, California (March 9, 2019) – A two-vehicle collision with injuries was reported in Davis on Wednesday morning, according to a local news source.
The crash took place at around 9:00 a.m. March 6, in the area of 2nd Street and Cantrill Drive.
As per the news source, a Nissan vehicle was traveling in the southbound lane of Cantrill Drive when it collided head-on with the Kia, which was in the westbound lane. Due to the impact of the collision, one of the involved vehicles was sent into nearby railroad tracks.
The extent of the injuries that victims suffered in the crash were not immediately released.
The tracks were closed down by the authorities as they investigated the cause of the accident.
The investigation is ongoing.
