David Chow Killed in San Francisco Crash at O’Farrell and Polk Streets

San Francisco, California (February 26, 2020) – A man died after being involved in an auto-pedestrian accident that occurred on Friday morning in San Francisco, according to police.
The incident was reported at around 8:27 a.m. on Friday, February 21, at O’Farrell and Polk streets.
According to San Francisco police, David Chow, 80, of San Francisco, was struck by a vehicle at the intersection for unknown reasons.

Chow was taken to a hospital, where he was later pronounced deceased.
The involved motorist reportedly stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigators.
Police are conducting an investigation to determine the cause of the collision.
