David Ceja-Cabadas ID’d as 1 of 2 Killed in Bakersfield Crash on Highway 43 at Garces Highway
Bakersfield, California (December 8, 2020) – David Ceja-Cabadas, 36, has been identified as one of the two men who died in a traffic accident that happened in 2018 in Bakersfield.
The deadly collision occurred a little after 5:00 p.m. Thursday, May 24, in the area of Highway 43 and Garces Highway.
Authorities said Ceja-Cabadas was driving on the highway when, for unknown reasons, his car collided with a semi-truck.

Ceja-Cabadas was taken to Delano Regional Medical Center, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
A 37-year-old Wasco man, who was riding as a passenger in the car, was also transported to Kern Medical, where he was pronounced dead the following day.
Details of the driver of the truck were not available.
The accident remains under investigation.
