Dana Point Accident on Interstate 5 Freeway near Camino de Estrella Injures At Least 1
Dana Point, California (July 17, 2021) – At least one person was hurt following a two-vehicle collision in Dana Point Friday morning, July 16.
The truck collision occurred on Interstate 5 Freeway just south of Camino de Estrella at approximately 5:29 a.m.
As per the California Highway Patrol report, a white Toyota sedan slammed under a silver big rig truck on the southbound side of the freeway for undetermined reasons.

All involved parties were attended to by paramedics who responded to the scene shortly after the accident.
Officials requested a tow truck to remove the white Toyota away from the crash site.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
