Costa Mesa, California (March 27, 2019) – A person was killed in a car accident in Costa Mesa Wednesday morning, according to a local news source.
The deadly accident happened at around 4:45 a.m. on the northbound San Diego (405) Freeway near the Harbor Boulevard exit.
As per the report, at least four vehicles were involved in the collision.

One person died in the crash. The identity of the victim has not been disclosed pending notification of family.
As of 5:10 a.m., a SigAlert was issued blocking all northbound lanes. Three lanes were reopened at about 6:10 a.m.
The crash caused traffic back up past South Coast Plaza.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
