Coroner Identifies Nicholas Descisciolo as Motorcyclist Killed in Lancaster Traffic Accident at Avenue J-8 and Challenger Way

Lancaster, California (May 26, 2021) – 33-year-old Nicholas Descisciolo has been identified by the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office as the Lake Hughes male motorcyclist who died following a traffic collision in Lancaster Monday morning.

The deadly motorcycle crash happened at Avenue J-8 and Challenger Way at approximately 11:54 a.m. on May 24.

The accident happened when a Honda car driven by a female party west on Avenue J-8 failed to stop for the red signal light at the intersection for undetermined reasons. The Honda then crashed with a Honda motorcycle ridden by Descisciolo north on Challenger Way with a green signal light.

Due to the impact, Nicholas was ejected from the bike before hitting a Kia that was stopped at a red light on Avenue J-8.

Sadly, Descisciolo died in the accident.
