Corona, California (August 5, 2019) – Minor injuries were sustained in a multi-vehicle collision that happened Sunday evening on a highway in Corona, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The Highway 71 car crash occurred at about 6:16 p.m. near Highway 91.

According to CHP, three vehicles collided for unknown reasons.

Firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene and confirmed that minor injuries were sustained in the collision.

The southbound lanes of the highway were blocked following the accident.
