Corcoran, California (May 31, 2021) – One person was injured Saturday evening in a two-car accident in Corcoran Saturday evening, according to the California Highway Patrol.
At around 5:41 p.m. Saturday, May 29, authorities received a report about the crash on Highway 43 and Santa Fe Avenue.
Two vehicles collided in the southbound lane of Highway 43 at Santa Fe Avenue, CHP said.
After the collision, one of the vehicles involved, a black Hyundai, veered off the roadway before it crashed down an embankment
One person sustained minor injuries in the crash. The name and condition of the patient were not immediately disclosed.
The southbound Highway 43 was blocked at Santa Fe Avenue during the investigation.
The crash remains under investigation.
