Man Hospitalized after Contra Costa Scooter Collision on Interstate 80 at Pinole Valley Road
Contra Costa, California (November 21, 2020) – A man was hospitalized after being involved in a pedestrian accident on an interstate in Contra Costa Thursday evening, November 19.
The California Highway Patrol responded to the crash site shortly before 6:15 p.m. on the westbound side of I-80 at Pinole Valley Road off-ramp.
As per the report, the male party was hit by a vehicle while riding an electric scooter on the freeway in unclear circumstances.

The unidentified scooter rider was hospitalized with major injuries following the accident.
