At Least 1 Hurt in Contra Costa Motorcycle Crash at Railroad and Mariposa Avenues
Contra Costa, California (September 15, 2019) – At least one person was injured in a traffic accident that happened in the area of Railroad and Mariposa avenues Friday night, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The collision happened at around 8:30 p.m. September 13 at the intersection Railroad and Mariposa avenues.
The CHP officials said an unidentified man was riding a motorcycle when for reasons still under investigation, he collided with a car at the Contra Costa intersection.
Medical personnel responded to the scene to render aid to the parties involved. According to reports, at least one person sustained minor injuries in the crash.
No other details were given regarding the accident.
An investigation into the crash is underway.
