Woman Injured in Lafayette Car Accident on Highway 24 near Oak Hill Road
Contra Costa, California (August 13, 2020) – A woman was hospitalized after being injured in a car accident in Lafayette, Contra Costa, on Wednesday night.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened in the eastbound lanes of Highway 24 near Oak Hill Road at about 10:15 p.m. August 12.
A white SUV and a second vehicle were involved in the accident. Although the manner in which the accident happened was not immediately established, the authorities said the SUV sustained major front-end damage in the collision.

As per the CHP incident log, a woman was injured in the accident and was transported to Kaiser Permanente Walnut Creek Medical Center. Her four children were transported to the hospital for evaluation.
