Columbia Accident at Old Oregon Trail and Old Alturas Road Results in Minor Injuries
Columbia, California (April 22, 2021) – Minor injuries were reported Thursday afternoon following a car accident at an intersection in Columbia.
Officials responded to the crash site just about 4 p.m., April 15, at Old Oregon Trail and Old Alturas Road.
The California Highway Patrol did not establish how a Jeep Cherokee collided with a Honda Civic near Columbia Elementary School in the afternoon hours.
Due to the impact, the Jeep acquired a broken rear axle and right rear tire while the Honda had major front-end damage.

At least one unidentified person sustained minor injuries following the collision.
