2 Injured in Colfax Accident on 80 Freeway near West Paoli Lane
Colfax, California (May 18, 2019) – Two persons were injured after a big rig collision Friday afternoon in Colfax, Placer County, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash happened at around 3:02 p.m. Friday, May 17, on westbound 80 Freeway, just east of West Paoli Lane.
As per the CHP officials, three vehicles including a big rig collided for reasons still under investigation. Two people were extricated from their cars.

An ambulance was sent to the scene to attend to the injured parties. The names of the victims and their current condition were not immediately known.
Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.
No additional details concerning this crash were provided.
