Christopher Grabau Killed in Motorcycle Accident on Potrero Road in Thousand Oaks
Thousand Oaks, California (July 19, 2021) – A motorcyclist was killed in a collision near Thousand Oaks on Sunday afternoon.
The motorcycle accident happened on Potrero Road near Lake Sherwood Drive at about 1:50 p.m. July 18, according to the California Highway Patrol.
63-year-old Christopher Grabau, of Ventura, was riding a motorcycle westbound on Potrero Road when he went over a rise on the road and collided with another motorcyclist.
Both riders were ejected from their bikes during the collision.
Grabau was killed in the accident.
The 55-year-old Utah man who was riding the other motorcycle suffered minor injuries in the accident.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
