CHP Officer Injured in Fresno Motorcycle Accident at Ashlan Avenue and McCall Avenue
Fresno, California (May 5, 2021) – A CHP motorcycle officer was injured after colliding with a tractor near Clovis in Fresno on Wednesday morning.
The accident happened in the area of Ashlan and McCall Avenues at about 5:30 a.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
A tractor with a spray rig was traveling eastbound on the highway when it was rear-ended by a CHP officer on a motorcycle.
CHP Motorcycle Officer Injured in Crash in Fresno County
The officer was injured in the accident and was transported to Community Regional Medical Center where he underwent surgery.
The driver of the tractor was uninjured.
