Chino, California (July 1, 2019) – Two police officers were injured when a chase ended in a crash early Monday morning in Chino, according to the authorities.

The collision occurred at about 2 a.m. on the 60 Freeway near Ramona Avenue.

Authorities said two separate patrol cars were pursuing a suspect when they crashed in the eastbound lanes of the 60 Freeway. One of the patrol vehicles caught fire following the collision.

The suspect who was being pursued was not caught and is still at large.
