Redondo Beach, California (October 18, 2019) – A child who was on a skateboard was seriously injured after being struck by a car in Redondo Beach earlier this month.
The pedestrian accident happened at Curtis Avenue and Felton Lane at about 7:25 a.m. October 8.
According to a local news source, the child rolled into the intersection and was struck by a car.

The unidentified child was seriously injured and was transported to Harbor-UCLA Medical Center for treatment.
The driver who struck the child reportedly remained at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.
