Pedestrian Injured, Cedric Hill Arrested after Los Banos Accident on Mercey Springs Road and Pacheco Boulevard
Los Banos, California (June 30, 2021) – Cedric Deon Hill, 31, of Sacramento, was arrested after a hit-and-run accident that occurred in Los Banos on Friday night, according to Los Banos police.
The crash happened at around 11:35 p.m. June 25, in the area of Mercey Springs Road and Pacheco Boulevard.
Police said a man was in the crosswalk trying to walk across Mercy Springs Road when he was struck by a Chevrolet Camaro traveling eastbound on Pacheco Boulevard.
Cedric Hill Arrested after Los Banos Hit-And-Run Accident
The pedestrian was transported to Los Banos Memorial Hospital and was said to be in stable condition.
Hill fled from the scene of the accident but was located shortly after at a Santa Nella Motel 6.
Hill was arrested and booked into the Los Banos Police Department jail on charges of hit-and-run causing injury, providing false information to a police officer, and resisting arrest.
Police are investigating the incident.
