Catherine Hein Dies in Los Osos Car Accident near South Bay Boulevard and Nipomo Avenue
Los Osos, California (April 12, 2019) – The driver who was killed in a deadly collision involving a construction vehicle in Los Osos on Thursday morning has been identified as Catherine Zwart Hein, 67, of Los Osos, according to the authorities.
The wreck happened at about 9 a.m. April 11, near South Bay Boulevard and Nipomo Avenue.
CHP said Hein was driving a black Volkswagen when, for unknown reasons, she drifted into the side and slammed into a parked construction vehicle.

Hein was transported to a hospital, where she was pronounced deceased.
No other injuries were reported from the accident.
The CHP is investigating the wreck.
