1 Person Killed, Another Injured in Castaic Crash at Oak Valley Road and The Old Road
Castaic, California (January 23, 2021) – One person was killed and another injured in a traffic accident in Castaic, authorities said.
The crash was reported just before 1:00 p.m., on Saturday, January 23, near Oak Valley Road and The Old Road.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the officials arrived at the scene and found a blue Chevrolet truck. How the crash occurred is yet to be established.
The truck was found by an individual riding a dirt bike nearby, who heard cries of distress emanating from the vehicle, the officials said.

Sadly, one person was pronounced dead at the scene.
One other party sustained two fractured legs and was flown to a hospital for treatment.
Initial reports also indicate that the crash may have transpired on Thursday, January 21.
The crash remains under investigation.
