Injuries Reported in Castaic Rollover Crash on 5 Freeway near Hasley Canyon Road
Castaic, California (December 31, 2020) – Injuries were reported Wednesday morning in a rear-end collision in Castaic, according to a local news source.
The crash, which was reported shortly after 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 30, happened on 5 Freeway near Hasley Canyon Road.
According to a California Highway Patrol report, a passenger car was traveling northbound on 5 Freeway when, for unknown reasons, it crashed into the back of a big rig.
As a result of the collision, the passenger car rolled over and landed on its roof.

Authorities said the injuries sustained in the accident were not serious.
The No. 1 and 2 lanes were blocked as the investigation and cleanup took place.
