At Least 1 Seriously Injured in Carpinteria Crash on Highway 150
Carpinteria, California (March 24, 2021) – At least one person was injured in a Wednesday morning traffic crash involving an Amazon truck in Carpinteria, the California Highway Patrol said.
At around 8:09 a.m., for unknown reasons, a red Ford Mustang collided with an Amazon truck in the 14497 block of Highway 150.
The vehicles were blocking the roadway after the collision.
At least one person suffered severe injuries in the crash. Emergency crews responded to the scene to help the victim.
The Mustang was towed away with major front-end damage.
The report did not mention the cause of the crash, but an investigation is ongoing.
