Motorcyclist Injured in Carmichael Accident at Cypress Avenue and Pasadena Avenue
Carmichael, California (January 11, 2019) – A motorcyclist was injured after a traffic collision Friday afternoon in the area of Carmichael, according to a local news source.
The accident happened at 12:39 p.m. Friday at Cypress Avenue and Pasadena Avenue.
As per the report, a motorcycle and a vehicle crashed for reasons still under investigation.
Firefighters along with paramedics responded to the scene and attended to the rider who suffered moderate injuries as a result of the collision. The victim was transported to a local hospital by ambulance and was listed in a stable condition.
The vehicle driver reportedly did not suffer injuries following the accident.
Officials closed eastbound traffic lanes on Cypress Avenue to give way to an on-scene investigation.
