Man Hurt in Canyon Country Pedestrian Accident on Soledad Canyon Road
Canyon Country, California (July 19, 2019) – A pedestrian was transported to the hospital after being involved in a traffic collision in Canyon Country late Friday afternoon.
The pedestrian crash occurred shortly before 6:00 p.m. July 19, along Soledad Canyon Road, near thrift store a block west of Luther Drive.
A local news source reported that a male party was hit by a vehicle while walking on Soledad Canyon Road near the Goodwill Southern California Store. The precise circumstances that lead to the occurrence of the crash have not yet been disclosed.

The victim sustained major injuries in the crash. Paramedics, along with Los Angeles County Fire Department officials, arrived at the scene and found the patient with blood on his face. The victim was then rushed to Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital for treatment.
The name of the wounded party remains unknown to this time.
It was not clear whether or not the driver of the involved vehicle stopped after the crash and cooperated with the officials.
