Major Injuries Sustained in Highway 94 Motorcycle Accident in Campo
Campo, California (September 8, 2019) – One person was hospitalized after a motorcycle accident that happened Saturday afternoon in Campo, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The crash took place at about 2:28 p.m. on 31075 block of Highway 94 in an S-curve portion of the roadway.
CHP officers said a motorcycle was hit head-on by a red Ford pickup truck for unknown reasons.
First responders found both vehicles and the rider on the right-hand shoulder.
The motorcyclist sustained major injuries and was airlifted to Sharp Memorial Hospital by Reach21 air ambulance.
CHP is investigating the collision.
