Pedestrian Hospitalized after Cajon Pass Crash on I-15 near Oak Hill Road
Cajon Pass, California (October 19, 2019) – A pedestrian was hit and injured by a vehicle on Friday night in Cajon Pass, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash happened on southbound I-15 south of Oak Hill Road at around 7:47 p.m. October 18.
CHP said a man was walking in the roadway when a red Toyota Corolla struck him.
Motorists passing by stopped at the scene and helped the victim.
Man Injured in Cajon Pass Pedestrian Crash
The victim was transported to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in unknown condition.
The driver of the involved vehicle reportedly stopped at a safe location near the scene.
The CHP is investigating the crash.
