Boy, 10, Killed in Torrance Pedestrian Accident on Del Amo Boulevard near Crenshaw Boulevard
Torrance, California (March 26, 2019) – A 10-year-old boy was struck and killed by a vehicle Tuesday night in Torrance, according to witnesses.
The fatal accident happened on Del Amo Boulevard near Crenshaw Boulevard.
Witnesses told investigators the young boy was crossing the street, coming from a nearby park when he was hit by a vehicle.
Pedestrian Fatally Hit by Car in Torrance
The boy was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been disclosed pending notification of his relatives.
The driver stopped at the scene and complied with the authorities.
Del Almo Boulevard near Crenshaw Boulevard was shut down for several hours during the investigation.
