Binbin Zhuang ID’d as Bicyclist Killed in Stockton Hit-and-Run Accident at March and Precissi Lanes

Stockton, California (February 15, 2019) – Authorities have identified the bicyclist who was killed Sunday night in an alleged hit-and-run crash at an intersection in Stockton as Binbin Zhuang, 32.
The deadly accident took place at about 10:00 p.m. Sunday, February 10 at the intersection of West March Lane at Precissi Lane.
Police said Zhuang was riding a Huffy Beach Cruiser bicycle northbound on Precissi Lane when he went across multiple eastbound lanes and attempted to cross the westbound lanes. In the process, he was struck by two vehicles.
Zhuang was found lying on the road after the crash by responding paramedics. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to the police, one of the drivers involved remained at the site of the crash and the other motorist fled the scene.
