Major Injuries Sustained in Bay Point Motorcycle Accident on Highway 4 near San Marco Boulevard
Bay Point, California (August 21, 2019) – Major injuries were sustained after a motorcycle crash Wednesday morning in the area of Bay Point, according to a California Highway Patrol report.
The crash happened at around 6:27 a.m. Wednesday, on westbound Highway 4, just east of San Marco Boulevard off-ramp.
As per the dispatch, a motorcycle and a vehicle crashed for reasons yet to be determined. The rider was lying in the median following the crash.

An ambulance was sent to the scene to attend to the injured parties. The number of patients and their current condition was not immediately released.
Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.
The vehicles were blocking lane 1 following the crash.
The roadway was cleared as of 7:03 a.m.
No additional information concerning this crash was provided.
