Bakersfield, California (November 16, 2020) – The Bakersfield Police Department is investigating the cause of a suspected hit-and-run major injury collision that occurred in Bakersfield Sunday night.
The accident took place just before 11:00 p.m. near 23rd and F Streets.
A vehicle of unspecified make and built hit a female party while she was attempting to cross the street with some stolen items on November 15.

The pedestrian was hospitalized at Kern Medical with critical injuries sustained in the mishap.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
