Bakersfield, California (September 2, 2020) – A female pedestrian was struck and injured by a vehicle at an intersection in Bakersfield Saturday night, according to a California Highway Patrol report.
The pedestrian accident happened at approximately 8:40 p.m., August 29, in the area of Chester and Day avenues.
A white sedan reportedly hit a woman in Chester Avenue’s northbound side for undetermined reasons.
The female party received first aid treatment from medical personnel who responded at the scene shortly after the mishap.
