Man Killed, 2 Hospitalized after Bakersfield Motorcycle Accident at Brundage Lane and Madison Street
Bakersfield, California (May 29, 2021) – A motorcyclist was killed Saturday morning in a collision with a truck in East Bakersfield, according to the Bakersfield police.
The deadly crash occurred shortly after 11:30 a.m. at the intersection of Brundage Lane and Madison Street.
Police said the motorcyclist collided with the side of a truck. The truck flipped onto its side upon the impact.
Deadly Motorcycle Crash in East Bakersfield
Emergency personnel responded to the crash and pronounced the motorcycle rider dead at the scene. His name has not been disclosed pending notification of next of kin.
The driver and the passenger of the truck were transported to a nearby hospital with minor injuries.
Alcohol or drugs were not considered a factor in the collision.
