Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in Bakersfield Crash on Wible Road near Motor City
Bakersfield, California (October 16, 2019) – A motorcyclist was seriously injured Wednesday morning in a traffic accident in South Bakersfield, according to police.
The crash happened at about 12:23 a.m. in the 500 block of Wible Road near Motor City.
Police said a man was riding his motorcycle northbound on Wible Road when he lost control of the bike and slammed into the trailer of a semi.
Major Injury Crash in Bakersfield
The motorcyclist sustained major injuries and was transported to a hospital. The name and condition of the victim were not immediately available.
It’s undermined if speed was a factor in the collision.
Bakersfield Police Department is investigating the accident.
