The single-vehicle accident took place on Highway 99 near Herring Road on January 25.
As per the report, a vehicle of unspecified make and built crashed for undetermined reasons.
Paramedics responded to the scene and attended to a total of five occupants who were riding in the car.
One person was airlifted to the hospital for treatment of serious injuries.
Meanwhile, paramedics rushed three other victims to an area hospital for further treatment.
