Azusa, California (September 5, 2020) – Possible injuries were reported following a head-on crash in Azusa Wednesday night, September 2.
The two-vehicle collision was reported at around 10:45 p.m. on State Route 39 (San Gabriel Canyon Road) near mile marker 18.
The California Highway Patrol did not immediately establish how the mishap occurred.
