Axel Perez ID’d as Killed in Mead Valley ATV Accident on Myron Street near Mead Street
Perris, California (April 4, 2021) – Axel Perez, 17, of Perris, has been identified as the ATV rider who was killed in a Thursday evening traffic accident in the area of Mead Valley near Perris, according to the Riverside County coroner’s office.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the deadly crash happened in the 20700 block of Myron Street near Mead Street at about 8 p.m. April 1.
The CHP said an ATV operated by Perez was struck by a vehicle on the roadway in unclear circumstances.

Sadly, Perez was pronounced dead at the scene.
The involved driver fled the scene and is being sought by the police. The description of the suspect’s vehicle was not immediately provided.
