Arick Lopez-Estrada ID’d as 30-Year-Man Killed in Concord Car Crash on Highway 4 near Port Chicago Highway

Concord, California (November 18, 2020) – Arick Lopez-Estrada, 30, of Modesto, has been identified as the man who was killed in a traffic accident on Saturday night in Concord, according to the Contra Costa County Coroner’s Office.
The deadly single-vehicle accident occurred on November 14, on Highway 4, just east of Port Chicago Highway.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a Nissan Altima, driven by Lopez-Estrada, veered off the roadway and crashed into the metal guard rail on the north side of the highway.

Sadly, Lopez-Estrada was pronounced dead at the scene.
The vehicle was significantly damaged, and debris spread across all lanes of traffic.
It was not clear if drugs or alcohol played a role in the accident.
An investigation into the collision is underway.
