Apple Valley, California (February 14, 2021) – A 29-year-old Apple Valley woman was hit and critically injured by a vehicle on Tuesday night in Apple Valley, according to a local news source.

The accident happened at around 7:46 p.m., on February 9, on Deep Creek Road near Monte Vista Road.

According to the authorities, the 29-year-old Apple Valley woman was walking from the east to the west side of Deep Creek Road when a northbound Honda Civic struck her.

The woman sustained major injuries and was transported to a trauma center for treatment.

The Civic’s driver, a 69-year-old Apple Valley woman, remained at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.
