Antonio Acerbis Killed in Rollover Crash on Highway 33 in Stanislaus County

Stanislaus County, California (December 4, 2020) – Antonio Perry Acerbis, 33, of Modesto, has been identified as the man who was killed in a traffic accident last week in Stanislaus County, according to the Stanislaus County Coroner’s Office.

The deadly accident happened on November 26, on Highway 33, south of Highway 132.

According to the California Highway Patrol, Acerbis was head northbound on the highway when he swerved into the southbound lane to pass another vehicle at a high rate of speed.

Unfortunately, Acerbis overcorrected when reentered the northbound lane, causing his vehicle to leave the east side of the road. The vehicle overturned and landed on its roof.

Sadly, Acerbis sustained fatal injuries in the accident.

Further details regarding the accident were not immediately available.

The crash remains under investigation.
