Anthony Summers ID’d as Man Injured in Selma Crash at McCall and Dinuba Avenues
Selma, California (May 22, 2021) – Anthony Summers has been identified as the man who was injured in a hit and run accident on Friday afternoon in Selma, authorities said.
The accident transpired at about 1:54 p.m., on May 21, at the intersection of McCall and Dinuba Avenues.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a black Kia Sorrento, driven by Summers, ran out of gas at the intersection.
Summers then got out of his car and was in a crosswalk when, for unknown reasons, he was struck by another vehicle.
Anthony Summers Hurt in Pedestrian Crash at McCall and Dinuba Avenues
Summers was injured in the accident and was aided by the first responders at the scene.
The involved driver fled the scene. The police are still searching for the suspect driving a silver Honda.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
