6 Injured in Anaheim Car Crash on Manchester Avenue and Orangewood Avenue
Anaheim, California (July 28, 2019) – Several people were injured in a two-vehicle collision on Saturday in Anaheim, according to the police.
The wreck happened at Manchester Avenue and Orangewood Avenue just before 11:45 p.m. July 27.
Police said a black 2014 Dodge sedan was traveling southbound on Manchester Avenue when the driver ran a red light at the intersection and crashed into a black 2019 Honda Fit heading east on Orangewood Avenue.
The impact pushed both vehicles off the side of the roadway and into a utility pole.
Six people were injured in the crash. One woman was said to be in critical condition.
The driver of the Dodge sedan was arrested on suspicion of DUI.
The crash is under investigation.
