Amber Caughey Killed in 2-Vehicle Crash on Interstate 15 in Devore
Amber Caughey ID’d as Woman Killed in Devore Accident on Interstate 15 near Cleghorn Road
Devore, California (November 11, 2020) – The San Bernardino County coroner’s office has identified the woman who died in a traffic accident Monday morning in Devore as Amber Caughey, 37, of Aliso Viejo.
The deadly crash was reported at around 9:33 p.m. Monday, November 9, on Interstate 15, just south of Cleghorn Road.
Authorities said Caughey was driving her vehicle northbound on Interstate 15 when, for unknown reasons, the vehicle collided with a semi-truck that was heading northbound.
Deadly Semi-Truck Accident on Interstate 15 in Devore
Caughey was taken to Community Hospital in San Bernardino, where she succumbed to her injuries at about 10:41 a.m.
The California Highway Patrol is investigating the accident.
