Alyssa Contreras Dies after Norwalk Crash on 605 Freeway on San Gabriel River (605) Freeway

Norwalk, California (February 6, 2020) – 24-year-old Alyssa Alexus Contreras of La Puente has been identified as the woman killed in early Wednesday crash in Norwalk, according to authorities.
The fatal collision occurred at about 3:45 a.m. February 5, on southbound San Gabriel River (605) Freeway, just south of Rosecrans Avenue.
As per the CHP officials, three vehicles crashed for reasons still under investigation. One of the vehicles swerved from the slow lane across all lanes and hit the median. The car then rolled over and faced the wrong way in the No. 1 following the crash.

Contreras suffered fatal injuries due to the collision.
Officials issued a SigAlert at around 4:05 a.m. blocking all southbound lanes of the 605 Freeway near Rosecrans Avenue. The roadway was cleared as of 8:30 a.m.
