21-Year-Old Woman Killed Alhambra Crash on West Valley Boulevard
Alhambra, California (March 25, 2021) – Authorities are investigating a Wednesday night alleged DUI accident that killed a 21-year-old woman in Alhambra.
The fatal accident transpired at about 9:45 p.m. in the 3000 block of West Valley Boulevard.
According to the police, a vehicle driven by Marquez Lizardo, 22, of Santa Ana, was traveling westbound on Valley Boulevard when it struck a concrete light pole.

The 21-year-old woman who was a passenger in the vehicle was taken to a hospital where she was pronounced dead.
Lizardo was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol. One other person who was also in the vehicle was detained.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
